Java updates stop ERP system working

Server Unresponsive

So today's issue was a slow server reported at 4pm today, it was still working but accessing and saving files was taking a long time and redirected folders weren't working. Instant response after phone call. Remote diag took 30 mins, but the issue got worse and remote tools stopped connecting. Onsite by 5:20pm. Server showing

Warehouse Picking Scanner Issues

Client called today with issues where their warehouse scanners are disconnecting intermittently. Immediate suggestions to onsite IT was to run a constant ping from the server to a scanner. On the flip side run a constant ping from a laptop that is following the scanner around the warehouse back to the server. I'm expecting ping
