Client called today with issues where their warehouse scanners are disconnecting intermittently.

Immediate suggestions to onsite IT was to run a constant ping from the server to a scanner. On the flip side run a constant ping from a laptop that is following the scanner around the warehouse back to the server.

I’m expecting ping response times to be all over the place, gives us a place to start full diags tomorrow.
